    Where can I park?

    Parking is available at our rooms. In addition, you are also able to park across the road at Charlestown Square

    Will I see the neurologist on the day of my test?

    Appointments for tests are different from a consultation with the neurologist. Similar to having a scan or other diagnostic test, it will usually be your referring doctor who interprets the results for you and takes any necessary further action.

    How do I prepare for my test?

    Refer to the tests page for more information about how to prepare for your particular test.

    How long will the results take?

    A comprehensive report is provided to your referring doctor within 3-5 working days. However, it can be provided on the same day as your testing if necessary.

    Is there a Medicare rebate?

    All of the tests we perform attract a Medicare rebate, unless subject to a third party or insurance claim. In this case, please have your claim number and insurance details available when making the appointment.

    How do I make an appointment?

    Appointments can be made by telephone during office hours, phone (02) 49423 944. Alternatively you may scan and email your referral and contact details to admin.katekar@westnet.com.au and we will be in touch.
